Dr. Yennamalli's webinar titled “How to use bioinformatics to improve industrial enzymes: the cellulase story” will be held on Saturday, 7th of May, at 10:00 AM.


Dr. Yennamalli is a computational biologist with more than a decade of experience in predictive modeling and biomolecular simulation projects. Dr. Yennamalli’s skills involve machine learning, systems biology, molecular docking, molecular dynamics simulation, coarse-grained modeling, data mining, data analytics, and molecular modeling. He has contributed to multiple diverse projects that focus on basic and applied sciences. His experience in computational structural biology is critical in finding answers to bigger questions in life. After the completion of his Ph.D. degree from the prestigious Jawaharlal Nehru University, he gained more experience as a Post Doctoral Research Associate at Iowa State University, University of Wisconsin-Madison, and Rice University, USA.
