Job Summary

The Creative Supervisor leads the creation and delivery of multimedia content aligned with the organization's marketing strategy. This role involves overseeing content production, collaborating with marketing team members, and ensuring brand consistency across platforms. They also ensure high-quality content that drives engagement and enhances the organization's online presence. 

Job Description

  • Develop a content strategy in alignment with the overall NU marketing strategy and plan.
  • Collaborate with brand and unit marketing specialists to develop a content production calendar.
  • Develop brand and sub-brand guidelines and ensure their efficient and consistent application across all types of visual content.
  • Liaise with the content writers to ensure brand consistency and synchronization between visual and text content.
  • Own and manage content distribution to brand, school, and unit owners and channels.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or any related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Hands on Promotional Materials, Google Ad-words, Search Engine Marketing, Email Campaigns, and the associated tools.
  • Excellent command of English language.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
