 Here are some pieces of advice that can help you take care of your mental health:

  • Always seek help whenever you need it
  • Provide support for people around you
  • Eat healthy & exercise
  • Stay Productive
  • Divide your efforts and take small steps

Know the warning signs of poor mental health:

  • Feelings of anxiety, depression, irritability, restlessness, or frequent mood swings
  • Feeling fatigued or having trouble sleeping
  • Difficulty concentrating
  • Changes in appetite
  • Social withdrawal
