The School of Business Administration had the pleasure of hosting Ms. Nour El Gammal, Marketing Manager at Bariq

The School of Business Administration had the pleasure of hosting Ms. Nour El Gammal, Marketing Manager at Bariq, the first and largest plastic bottle recycler (rPET) in the Middle East and Africa.
Ms. Nour has extensive experience in marketing and innovation, with a focus on content creation. She contributed to shaping Raya Holding for Financial Investment's internal communication strategies. Additionally, she played a foundational role in developing the brand guidelines for Aman Financial Services and the marketing strategy for Bariq.
Ms. Nour delved into the world of Business-to-Business (B2B) marketing, sharing with our students the successful case of Bariq within the recycling and sustainability industry. She guided our students through the alignment between the organization's vision and how it connects with the company's positioning and target segments. She also emphasized the importance of competitive intelligence and market research in such a dynamic industry. Furthermore, she discussed the marketing mix, explaining how it differs from Business-to-Consumer (B2C) marketing and how to successfully develop client relationships while differentiating through a well-integrated and relevant marketing mix.
The session was highly informative, shedding light on the importance of recycling and reducing waste, with key insights into Bariq's initiatives to create awareness among universities and the broader community.
It is worth noting that the School of Business Administration has had several collaborations with Bariq, including student projects, research opportunities, and an educational tour of the factory.
This session was part of the B2B Marketing course under the supervision of Dr. Noha Alaa and Teaching Assistant Menna Magdy.
