Nile University and Commercial International Bank (CIB) Partnership

On May 17th, 2022, a memorandum of understanding (MOU) between Nile University and Commercial Bank of Egypt (CIB) was finalized for the development of the 1st program of its kind in Egypt, "Sustainable SME Financing." This initiative was taken in response to the requirements of the Central Bank of Egypt to support the growth of SMEs, create job opportunities for young people, boost financial inclusion and prepare a new generation of SME Financing specialists to help the banking sector to serve this market better.  

Under this MOU, Nile University School of Business will develop a new track within the finance major for “Sustainable SME Financing” to become the pioneer in having such a focus within its core business curriculum in collaboration with CIB as “Co-founder,” who partnered for its development in terms of content and professors delivering the content.
