Nile University Achieves (NAQAAE) Accreditation for Key Programs

Nile University has successfully secured institutional accreditation for its Faculty of Information Technology and Computer Science, along with program accreditation for its Mechanical Engineering and Civil Infrastructure Engineering and Management programs. This recognition comes from the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education in Egypt (NAQAAE) and is effective for five years, starting September 25, 2024, and continuing until 2029.

Dr. Wael Akl, President of Nile University, announced these significant achievements, highlighting the university's commitment to maintaining high educational standards. The Mechanical Engineering program is also in the process of obtaining international accreditation from ABET, with an evaluation visit scheduled for November 2024. ABET accreditation is a prestigious recognition granted by the U.S. Council for Accreditation of College and University Programs in fields such as engineering and technology.

In his remarks, Dr. Akl expressed his appreciation for the efforts of the deans, faculty members, administrative staff, and departments responsible for quality assurance and student affairs. He commended their dedication to enhancing the university's educational landscape.
