ISO 9001:2015 Training by the Quality Management Office (QMO)

The Quality Management Office (QMO) at Nile University hosted ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) Awareness and Internal Auditor training which was conducted in partnership with TÜV Austria.  

TÜV Austria provides a framework to ensure that organizations meet customers' and other stakeholders' needs and expectations. 

The training was an introductory session that provided an understanding of effective quality management in an organization by providing a framework to ensure that organizations meet customer and other stakeholders' needs and expectations within statutory and regulatory requirements related to a product or service. This will be done through the best practice methods to implement an effective management system based on ISO 9001.

The session was conducted for all NU top management and NU staff on the 2nd and 9th of January respectively.
