We’re thrilled to share that the Architecture and Urban Design (ARUD) program at Nile University recently co-hosted an impactful session on Humanizing SmartCities in collaboration with the Arab-German Young Academy of Sciences and Humanities (AGYA).

With expertise from our diverse panel—featuring Iris Belle, Carles Crosas, Milou Jansen, Giulio Verdini, Fadel Digham, and Aleix Saura Vallverdú—we sparked an engaging dialogue on reimagining cities that truly empower their communities. This collaboration marks a significant step toward creating people-centered, inclusive urban spaces.
