Arabic Language and Virtual Space Workshop by Dr. Ahmed Hassan

On September 9th, Dr. Ahmed Hassan, Dean of the School of Information Technology and Computer Science at Nile University, and President of the Egyptian branch of the International IEEE, participated in a virtual panel discussion organized by the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Knowledge Foundation, entitled “Arabic Language and Virtual Space,” as part of the activities of the initiative “In Arabic” which is one of the Foundation’s initiatives aimed at encouraging Arabs to use their mother tongue through their communication on the internet and social media channels.

It also aims to contribute to developing the cognitive role of the Arabic language in the international community in general and the Arab community in particular.
