Talk Announcement about Alzheimer's Disease

NU School of Biotechnology is pleased to host a seminar presented by Ms. Heba Hussein, Managing Scientific Editor at Akhbar El-Youm Newspaper.

She will give a talk entitled "Alzheimer's Disease, the Thief of Memory: Between Prevention and Coping" on Wednesday, April 17th, from 1:00 PM to 2:00 P.M. in UB1 Room 142.

Heba Hussein graduated from The American University in Cairo, major Mass Communication. She joined Akhbar Elyom newspaper right after, where she is currently a managing editor. Heba has been a science editor for 35 years. She focuses on communicating scientific information to the public. She was awarded the Dubai Press Club prize in 2001 in the field of science and technology and a prize from the WHO in 2012. She published five books, the latest is “Alzheimer.. the thief of the memory”.
