Antennas, Microwaves and Radar Technologies for Future Sustainable Applications Sept 15-17, 2024
Wireless Intelligent Network Center WINC is hosting a workshop that cover most of the following research tracks:
- Antennas and Propagation
- Microwave circuits
- Radar systems
- RF electronics
Distinguished lecturers will be giving talks, and there will be young professionals activities. President of the IEEE-APS, and MTT will give distinguished talks on the latest developed in their fields and in their society’s activities.
Objectives
- Initiate and enhance scientific collaboration between researchers in those tracks.
- Introduce young researchers and scientists to the international experts.
- Encourage research in these tracks.
- Raise awareness of the IEEE membership and its benefits in getting different grant opportunities.
Participants
- Researchers and professionals in these areas from different national and international universities and research institutions.
- Postgraduate students working in these areas.
- Undergraduate students interested in pursuing their career and research in these or similar tracks.
Awards
Alongside the workshop, there will be two awards:
- 12000 EGP: Best Msc/PhD thesis within the mentioned research tracks. Candidates must be newly awarded the degree not more than one year at the date of Sept 15, 2024 [Registration Link]. Candidate or his/her supervisor can present the work in the assigned session in the program.
- 7500 EGP: Best undergraduate research within the mentioned research tracks. Work is presented as a poster. A letter of recommendation from project supervisor should be provided as well [Registration Link]. Candidate or his/her supervisor can present the work in the assigned session in the program.
