Senior Associate Instructional Designer ( 9 Months )

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop training programs, workshops, e-learning modules, and learning materials using instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM or other relevant frameworks).
  • Develop blended learning experiences using various methods such as e-learning, instructor-led training (ILT), or virtual instructor-led training (VILT).
  • Apply interactive methodologies (case studies, simulations, gamification).
  • Partner with industry experts, mentors, and faculties to validate content accuracy and relevance.
  • Work closely with our teams to produce integrated learning content.
  • Support grant-funded projects by designing curriculum tied to donor objectives (e.g., youth empowerment, tech innovation).
  • Build evaluation frameworks (pre/post-tests, quizzes, KPIs) to measure learning progress and outcomes, and program success.
  • Use surveys, assessments, and analytics to gather feedback and assess the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Revise and improve course content based on learner feedback and assessment results.

  Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or Master's in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Education, or a related field
  • Proven experience in instructional design, preferably in entrepreneurship, training, or startup accelerators.
  • Familiarity with startup ecosystems, innovation management, or entrepreneurship training is a strong advantage.
  • Experience working with donors, academic institutions, and government-funded learning initiatives is highly preferred.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English Language
  • Very good command of MS. Office Applications, especially Word, Excel & Power Point
