We are delighted to welcome Professor Hayam Wahba as the new Dean of the School of Business Administration at Nile University
With over 30 years of distinguished service in higher education, Professor Wahba brings exceptional academic leadership and deep expertise in corporate finance, capital markets, and governance.
Her leadership record includes nearly seven years as Vice Dean at the Faculty of Business at Ain Shams University, in addition to her current role as Chair of the Permanent Committee for Postgraduate Studies. At the national level, she contributes to academic policy and standards through her roles on the Supreme Council of Universities’ Permanent Promotions Committee, the Foreign Degree Equivalency Committee, and as a certified reviewer for National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education.
An accomplished scholar, Professor Wahba has published extensively in international journals, founded and served as Executive Editor of the Future Business Journal, and maintained academic collaborations with institutions such as the University of Chicago, the University of Cincinnati, and the University of Poitiers.
Her contributions extend beyond academia, including board service at a major state-owned holding company and leadership in initiatives focused on youth development, digital capacity building, and governance reform.
We look forward to Professor Wahba’s visionary leadership as she guides the Business School toward greater academic excellence, industry relevance, and national impact.
