Nile University proudly welcomed H.E. Mr. Ivan Jukl, Ambassador of the Czech Republic, and Mr. Ondrej Soucha, Head of the Economic and Commercial Section, for an official visit aimed at strengthening educational and cultural ties between Egypt and the Czech Republic.
The visit included meetings with Nile University's President, Dr. Wael Akl, and Dr. Nevine Abdel Khalek, Dean of the School of Continuing Education, alongside other faculty members. Discussions focused on potential collaborations in education, scientific research, and cultural exchange, with an emphasis on technology, science, engineering, and sustainable development.
Ambassador H.E. Mr. Jukl expressed his admiration for Nile University's commitment to high-quality education and innovation, highlighting opportunities for academic exchanges and joint research between the two nations. The visit also featured a campus tour, including interactions with students and visits to the "FACT" Center and the "Nilepreneurs" initiative, a national program supporting entrepreneurship and SMEs, led by Dr. Heba Labib with support from the Central Bank of Egypt.
Dr. Wael Akl emphasized the importance of such international engagements, noting their alignment with Nile University's vision for global collaboration and innovation.
