Ms. Rania El-Sayed brings over 20 years of experience in the field of education and cultural exchanges. As the Senior Cultural Affairs Specialist, she manages the Department of State-funded Exchange programs. Her commitment to intercultural dialogues and exchange as a catalyst for mutual understanding and educational reform is informed by both her educational background and extensive professional journey.
