Biography
Dr. Marwa Sorour received her B.Sc. degree with honors in Electronics Engineering in 1993; her M.Sc. in Engineering Mathematics in 1997 both from Faculty of Engineering, Cairo University; and her Ph.D. degree in Engineering Mathematics in 2006 from Cairo University.
In 2006 Dr. Sorour was appointed as Assistant Professor at Cairo University. Currently, Dr. Sorour is Assistant Professor at Nile University. The research interest of Dr. Sorour is in software engineering and the use of artificial neural networks and machine learning algorithms in a wide variety of applications including circuit optimization and yield maximization and computer-based learning environments for the recognition of learners’ cognitive and affective states.
