Adulteration of vinegar to gain economic benefit has become a common practice in recent years. RP-HPLC strategies were proposed for the assurance of the concentration of acetic acid, rare organic acids (tartaric, malic, lactic and citric), and acetaldehyde in Egyptian vinegar samples.
