The School of Business Administration kicked off the Virtual Exchange Program in collaboration with the Institute of International Business
The School of Business Administration kicked off the Virtual Exchange Program in collaboration with the Institute of International Business, a unit of the J. Mack Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University.
This marks the fourth consecutive round where students from both universities work together virtually to complete an assessment of an emerging economy in Africa across various sectors, conducting a comprehensive macroenvironmental analysis. Our ultimate goal is for the virtual exchange to evolve beyond just a course component into a dynamic, enriching experience that provides students with real value and equips them for future global collaboration.
The kickoff meeting was attended by Dr. Mourad Dakhli, Associate Dean for International Student Engagement & Partnerships; Dr. Don Williams, Chief Executive Officer at Princeton Holdings Global/Princeton Healthcare; and Mr. Ted Ward, responsible for International Partnerships & Agreements at the Office of International Initiatives.
From Nile University’s School of Business Administration, attendees included Dr. Sherine Al Shawarby, Vice Dean and Undergraduate Program Director; Dr. Noha Alaa, Assistant Professor and Liaison for the Virtual Exchange Program; and Dr. Yasser El Samadissy, Associate Professor of Management.
Two courses are part of this year’s Virtual Exchange Program: Strategic Management, supervised by Dr. Yasser El Samadissy and TA Sohad Hossam ElDin, and International Business, supervised by Dr. Doaa Salman, Professor of Financial Economics, and TA Omar Aboal Atta.
We wish students on both sides a rewarding educational journey and look forward to insightful contributions from them all.
