From Lab to Market: Empowering Innovation at Nile University
We are thrilled to announce the successful conclusion of the 4th edition of the Research to Impact competition!
Held on February 3rd in collaboration with the Research Office’s Postgraduate Research Forum, the event showcased the incredible potential of Nile University researchers to turn intellectual output into economic value and societal impact.
Highlights from the Day:
Insightful Talks: We kicked off with an inspiring opening by Dr. Ahmed Radwan (VP for Research), followed by deep dives into IP and economic growth with Dr. Yasser Gaddallah (Dean of NIIP).
Expert Guidance: Dr. Alaa Eldin Adris shared essential strategies for licensing and growth, while our Director, Dr. Hebatalla Kaoud, laid out the IPTTO’s mission and shared "pro-tips" for researchers ready to pitch.
Industry Synergy: A huge thank you to our official sponsor, UTPS, represented by Mr. Mohamed Adel, for their commitment to fostering innovation in research institutions.
