The International Affairs Office was delighted to host a delegation from Oradea University in Romania at Nile University from 16-20 March 2025!
This visit marked a significant milestone in our partnership, as we prepare to formalize our collaboration through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in the coming weeks!
Our institutions have a strong foundation for cooperation, having signed an inter-institutional agreement under the Erasmus+ program in 2022. This partnership aims to promote EU mobility, cooperation, and joint research projects.
During their visit, our delegates had the opportunity to meet with NU senior management teams including the Provost, Prof. Youhansen Eid, VP for Research, Prof. Ahmed Radwan and Dean of Engineering, Prof. Ahmed Safwat. They also had the opportunity to meet faculty members and researchers to explore potential areas of collaboration, including:
- Joint research projects
- Student exchange programs
- Curriculum development and harmonization
We believe this partnership will enhance our institutional capacity, and provide opportunities for international collaborations.
