From Ideas to Validation: NU Students Advance Their Entrepreneurial Journey

Following the successful onboarding phase of IECC’s Entrepreneurship Program Cycle 2, Nile University students accepted into the validation stage continued their journey through a new set of practical, hands-on sessions.

Participants worked on key tools to refine their ideas and move closer to market-ready solutions, including:

  • Business Model Canvas (BMC)
  • Customer Discovery
  • Storytelling & Pitching Basics

Through these sessions, students learned how to better understand their target customers, identify genuine market needs, validate assumptions, and uncover real opportunities through structured customer discovery practices and direct market insights.

They also explored the fundamentals of building strong business models while developing a customer-centric mindset to create scalable and impactful solutions.

The sessions were delivered by Aya Gamal, Senior Associate at Startup Acceleration at IECC, who guided participants through the essentials of startup storytelling and pitching. Students strengthened their ability to confidently communicate the value behind their projects through clear and compelling narratives.

With interactive activities and continuous engagement, participants continued developing their graduation projects beyond the academic scope, taking further steps toward transforming innovative ideas into ventures.

Through the IECC Entrepreneurship Program, IECC remains committed to supporting Nile University students by bridging academic innovation with real-world impact.
