The Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Competitiveness Center (IECC) hosted the Pitching Day for the Gig Skill Boost Program, organized in collaboration with Nile University and Banque Misr Foundation for Community Development. The event brought together talented participants from Cohort One to showcase the final projects they developed throughout the program. 

The day highlighted the creativity, dedication, and technical skills of teams across two tracks: 

• Frontend Development 

• Mobile Development 

Teams stepped forward to present their projects, share the process behind their solutions, and reflect on the challenges they overcame throughout the journey. The judging panel included members from the Software Team Department at IECC. 

Each team pitched their work and discussed the reasoning, effort, and decisions behind every project—turning weeks of learning and development into real solutions delivered in front of the panel. 

The event concluded with an awards ceremony recognizing the top-performing teams, followed by networking opportunities and group photos celebrating participant achievements and growth. 

More than a pitching event, the day reflected a true learning journey—collaborating, building, and transforming ideas into tangible outcomes.
