Training Program Manager
Job Summary
To oversee the development, implementation, and logistics of open enrollment and customized executive education programs.
Job Description
- Develop and manage training programs, including curriculum development, content creation, and instructional design, ensuring alignment with program objectives and industry needs.
- Oversee the program development lifecycle, from needs assessment and content creation to participant registration and post-program evaluation.
- Manage program budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Source and collaborate with faculty members to deliver exceptional learning experiences.
- Manage all aspects of program logistics, including scheduling, materials development, travel arrangements, and vendor relations.
- Develop and implement marketing materials to promote open enrollment programs.
- Manage the program registration process, including screening applications, handling registration fees, and participant communication.
- Track program performance metrics, evaluate participant feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in adult learning and instructional design.
- Perform any other tasks that are within the scope of the role's responsibilities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 5-10 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in adult learning methodologies.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in client relationship management is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Very good command of English Language.
