The school of Engineering & Applied Sciences. at Nile University is seeking to hire Teaching Assistant that supports professors and helps students succeed in courses related to Architecture and Urban Design.

Job Description

  • Conducting tutorials, design studios and lab sessions for assigned courses.
  • Assisting faculty members with course delivery and academic activities.
  • Providing academic support and feedback to students.
  • Assisting with grading assignments and course preparation.
  • Carrying out administrative tasks as requested by the Dean or Program Director.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Degree in architecture with a minimum cumulative GPA of > 3.3
  • Weekly working days are 5 days/ week.
  • Strong command of the English language (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with online and digital learning platforms.
  • AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, Lumion and Photoshop proficiency
  • Proficiency in use of email
  • Ability to learn new software
