Hagar El Shourah

Hagar Elshora is a biomedical informatics teaching assistant at Nile University. She received her B.Sc. degree in Pharmaceutical Science from the School of Pharmacy, Tanta University. Afterwhich, She finished the Bioinformatics Diploma at Nile University. Currently, she is about to receive her master's degree in Informatics and her thesis topic is concerned with revealing the biomarkers affecting response to ICBS in melanoma patients. Her main research interests are Immune-oncology, Data Analysis of Second-/Third-Generation Sequence, RNA-Seq, Single-cell, as well as Applications of Machine Learning in Bioinformatics.
