Payment Terms:
Scholarship Policy:
- Full Scholarships: 100% scholarship is offered to 50 students among the TOP 500 students of Egyptian thanaweya amma.
- Full Scholarships: 100% scholarship is offered to 20 students among the top students of STEM schools.
- Merit Scholarships: A merit scholarship is offered to academically outstanding students in the first year based on their high school score.
- Siblings of NU students get 10% scholarship.
- Government employees' sons and daughters get 10% scholarship.
- 5% scholarship is granted for excellence in sports.
Payment Methods:
Pay online on the NU website by Credit Card through (NBE) e-finance services or pay directly through the bank by cash deposit or transfer in QNB.

1. Click the link http://studentspay.nu.edu.eg from any browser. 2. Type your NU ID and the amount to be paid. 3. Click "pay by credit card". 4. You will be moved to NU page on the National Bank of Egypt NBE. 5. Select the card type. 6. Type the card details. 7. Keep the transaction number. 8. Send an email to financialinquiries@nu.edu.eg 9. Include in the email your name, ID, and transaction number. 10. Type in the email subject Spring 2024 or the semester/year. |
Note: Soon there will also be other e-finance services like Fawry and Khales (A Mobile Payment App).
Financial Aid (For Continuing Students):
NU provides partial tuition support for students who demonstrate financial need. These are students who have already joined NU but face some financial difficulties in paying their tuition fees. Financial aid depends on the availability of funds.
N.B: Financial aid covers tuition fees only.
Criteria:
- The student must demonstrate financial need. The student must provide correct information in the application with correct supporting documents.
- The student must be a degree-seeking full-time student.
