Biography

Mohamed A. Wahby Shalaby received the BS and MS degrees in computer engineering from Cairo University, Egypt, in 1997 and 2002, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical and computer engineering from Concordia University, Montreal, Canada in 2012. Then, He became a full-time assistant professor at information technology department, faculty of computers and information, Cairo University. He is currently a co-supervisor of two Ph.D. students and five master students in addition to three completed master theses. He also co-authored several research papers that have been published in reputable journals and conferences. Since 2015, Dr. Mohamed has been an associate editor for Egyptian Informatics journal, which is an Elsevier journal of faculty of computers and information, Cairo University. Currently, Dr. Mohamed is an assistant professor at the mechatronics group at the faculty of engineering and applied sciences, Nile University.
