Job Description:

  • Develop a fully integrated marketing strategy for Nile University to align with the set university mission and long-term goals.
  • Develop and supervise the execution of marketing plans to achieve the strategic goals and objectives for the different schools at Nile University.
  • Structure and lead a team of professionals with diverse experience to execute the developed marketing plans.
  • Maintain the Nile University brand identity to improve its equity and position Nile University as a leader in Higher education in Egypt.
  • Design and execute student recruitment activities for undergraduate students for all NU schools.
  • Design and execute plans to attract post-graduate students and professionals seeking executive development and continuing education programs and courses.
  • Develop and execute a complete communication strategy for engaging with internal and external Nile University Stakeholders (Board of Trustees, Management Board, Faculty, Staff, Students, Alumni, and Corporate partners).
  • Create effective Alumni-engagement and Corporate Relations Strategies to aid student exposure, training and internship opportunities, employability, post-graduate student enrollment, and Fund-Raising.
  • Structure and execute a student engagement, satisfaction, retention, and loyalty measurement and feedback mechanism on a weekly, monthly and per-semester basis.
  • Conduct regular market & competitive research to assess the competitiveness of Nile University and its Brand Equity in the market.
  • Appraise, develop, coach, and enrich the skill set of the marketing team individually and collectively.
  • Manage external marketing, digital, PR and production agencies as needed

Job Requirements

  • Master's degree in marketing or related field.
  • At least ten years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified, preferably in a university or educational services industry.
  • Knowledge of strategic marketing and communication concepts, principles, methods, and techniques.
  • Experience in digital and social marketing and performance marketing techniques.
  • Experience in high-growth entities and expertise in sustainable growth strategies.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the current and emerging trends and practices in the education industry.
  • Ability to interpret industry needs, assess capacity, and develop and execute appropriate marketing strategies and plans.
  • Skill in organizing resources, establishing priorities, and managing workflow.
  • Skill in budget preparation and financial management.
  • Ability to plan, organize and coordinate media activities and events.
  • Ability to supervise and train employees (including organizing, prioritizing, scheduling work assignments, and guiding their work toward improvement)
  • Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively work with a wide range of individuals and constituencies in a diverse community.
