On the 14th of November; Technische Universitat Wien (TUW) -Vienna offered the second Life-long Learning course titled “Building Performance Computing” as a part of IMPAQT project implemented fully at Nile University. The course provides an introduction to computational methods and applications for building performance assessment. It introduced thermal modelling fundamentals of building performance simulation. Prof. Ardeshir Mahdavi and Ms Christiane Berger were the course instructors. IMPAQT is a 3-year co-funded project by Erasmus+ that resulted in a 5-year bachelor program in Architecture and Urban Design in Nile University and Life-long Learning courses aiming to breed architects that are integrative, multidisciplinary, people-centered and technologically agile.
