Nile University’s International Collaborations Portfolio

As a world- class research institution, Nile University places a strong emphasis on local and international collaborations as means of generating international exposure, benchmarking with leaders in each field worldwide and applying international standards customized to the local needs.

Following is a listing of Nile University’s international research and academic partners and collaborators which have conducted joint academic, research or student exchange activities with the University during the past five years

Academic Collaborations

– Fh Oberosterrech: University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria: Collaboration on undergraduate student exchange between both institutions. 

– Hochschule Karlsruhe – Technik und Wirtschaft (HSKA) – Germany, Universidad de Oviedo (UNIOVI) – Spain and Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Mécanique et des Microtechniques (ENSMM) – France :

Nile University is offering a Master’s of Science program in Mechatronics Engineering as a member of the EU4M consortium in Europe (www.eu4m.eu). EU4M is a European Masters in Mechatronics and Micro-Mechatronics Systems that was established in 2008 with support of the ERASMUS MUNDUS program in EU as a joint Master’s program offered by  Hochschule Karlsruhe – Technik und Wirtschaft (HSKA) – Germany, Universidad de Oviedo (UNIOVI) – Spain and. Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Mécanique et des Microtechniques (ENSMM) – France.

In 2013 Nile University (NU) – Egypt and Ivanovo State Power Engineering University (ISPEU) – Russian Federation have joined the consortium. The language of the Mechatronics Masters programs offered at the partner institutions is German (HSKA), Spanish (UNIOVI), French (ENSMM) and English (NU and ISPEU).

– IESE Business School, University of Navarra, Spain: 

Nile University’s EMBA program is offered in collaboration with IESE Business School, University of Navarra, Spain.
NU’s EMBA curriculum is developed in collaboration with IESE Business School , IESE faculty also teach course modules at NU”s premises and the NU’s EMBA degree is cosigned by IESE Business School and NU.

– IESEG School of Management, France:Visiting Professors from IESEG School of Management in France teach specific courses at NU’s EMBA Program.

– Karlshochschule International University, Germany: Collaboration on Student Exchange Program

– Politecnico di Torino: Joint research Collaboration with Nile University’s Wireless intelligent Networks Center (WINC)

– Sabanci University, Turkey: Joint research Collaboration with Nile University’s Wireless intelligent Networks Center (WINC)

– University Hospital, Heidelberg, Germany: Joint research collaboration with Nile University’s Center for Informatics Science (CIS)

– University of Thessaly, Greece: Research Collaboration with Nile University’s Wireless intelligent Networks Center (WINC)

– University of  Turiba, Latvia: Student Exchange Program with Nile University’s Business School

– Universitat Ulm, Germany: Joint research agreement with Nile University’s Center for Informatics Science on Intelligent Transportation Systems.
