Applicants admitted to NU are required to:
- Hold an appropriate university degree preferably in a technology or business related discipline.
- Have earned a minimum grade of (Good), GPA of 3.0 in their bachelors degree program.
- Submit GMAT scores for the EMBA Program.
- Applications may be submitted electronically or in person.
- Necessary documents must be submitted to the office as early as possible.
- Applications without appropriate documents will not be considered.

Students wishing to take graduate courses at Nile University (NU), whether or not they are planning to pursue a specific degree, must submit an application to the Admissions Office. All required materials for admissions including the applications fee should be sent directly to the Office of Admissions at NU.

A complete Application Form including the applicant's personal statement.

Official degrees and transcripts of all university-level work certified by the granting institution including all degrees (both undergraduate and graduate) previously earned or not completed.
The official score report of the appropriate English entrance examinations.
All applicants have to present ONE of the following:
a score of 61 or above in IBT TOEFL
(http://www.ets.org/portal/site/ets/menuitem) , or
a score of 6 or above in IELTS TOEFL
a score of 500 or above in paper-based TOEFL (Institutional TOEFL administered by AMIDEAST). (Check Table Below for Test Offices)
GRE test scores for Masters of Science. (Preferable)
GMAT for the Executive MBA program. GMAT test scores are valid for 5 years.
Applicants to the EMBA program must have around five years of relevant business experience supported by documentary evidence.
Four recent passport-size photographs.
Copy of national ID or passport (Egyptians). / Copy of passport (Non-Egyptians).
Application fee of 500 Egyptian Pounds.
Three recommendation letters and recent curriculum vitae.(optional)
Other requirements as may be specified by the individual program/department.
Materials may be submitted by mail or in person. Applications that are submitted by email cannot be processed until all required materials are submitted. (Scanned or electronic copies of all documents required should be submitted as attachments, except for the certified degrees and transcripts, which must be submitted as originals).
Applicants must meet the specified admission requirements to be eligible for admission to one of the Master programs offered by Nile University. However, meeting these requirements does not ensure acceptance.
Applications that are completed and emailed cannot be processed until all application package components are submitted. A LE 500 application fee, which is non-refundable, must accompany the completed application form. The application fee can be paid in cash.
At this time, we are unable to accept payment for the application fee online or by credit card.
After applications are reviewed by the Program Director, qualified applicants will be granted an interview. Interviews will help in assessing an applicant's qualifications and afford the applicant an opportunity to further discuss his/her credentials. Once an application is submitted and an interview granted by the Program Director, the applicant will be contacted by the Admissions Office to schedule the interview appointment.
Scholarship details will be discussed during the personal interview should you indicate your interest.
Tuition is LE 3000 per credit hour.
Tuition is paid per semester/trimester and is due on the registration deadline date (see calendar).
TOEFL & GMAT
Applicants are required to have taken the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) exam within the last two years, and earned a score of 61 or above in the IBT ( Internet-based TOEFL), a score of 500 or above in the ITP (Institutional Testing program TOEFL administered by AMIDEAST), a score of 6 or above in the IELTS administered by the British Council.
When registering and taking your TOEFL exam, please indicate Nile University's institutional code, 1862. This way, official scores can be sent directly to NU's Admissions Office.
